Sustainability in the workplace has become a key concept, not only as a means of responsible business management, but also as a tool for attracting and retaining talent. Recently, we conducted a study on workplace sustainability that surveyed 5,000 people across Europe. The study aimed to gain insight into employees' perceptions of sustainability, including its impact on job searches, personal values, and views on companies' sustainability initiatives. The ultimate goal was to better understand the day-to-day role that sustainability plays in both employees' and companies' lives.
Our study shows that organizations that prioritize sustainability not only benefit from improved resource management, but also create a positive impact on society through initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and environmental protection.
